The room was clean and well-decorated, with big windows letting in lots of natural light. The breakfast offered an impressive buffet with a wide variety of choices, which included scrambled eggs, sausages, and different types of bread. Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk away from the main sights. Breakfast options were solid, and the staff was super friendly. We loved visiting Wawel Castle and the Main Market Square. If you're looking for budget-friendly stays for groups, this is a good spot. Just keep your expectations set right!
The air conditioning wasn't functioning well, which made our nights uncomfortable. The room got too warm and it was tough to sleep comfortably.

Rooms are basic, which is expected, but the main lights operate on a simple all-on or all-off switch, leaving little room for any ambiance. Pillows are small, and the bed feels hard, potentially making for an uncomfortable night. Additionally, the air conditioning system only provides heat, which can make the room quite warm, especially if you prefer cooler sleeping conditions. Street noise can intrude if windows are opened for airflow.

The hotel had a few things I really liked. I enjoyed the location. it’s right by the tram lines, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and decorated nicely, with big windows letting in plenty of natural light. However, the air conditioning left a lot to be desired. Even though it made noise, it didn’t cool the room much, making for uncomfortable nights. The breakfast was decent, but it felt a bit pricey for what was offered. Bread, cereals, and some nice scrambled eggs were available, but I wouldn’t say it had a wide variety. On one night, I noticed a foul smell in the bathroom, though thankfully it went away afterwards. Also, having a fridge would have been great to keep drinks cool since it got quite warm. Overall, I appreciated the comfort of the bed and the quietness of the room at the back of the building, which helped balance out the noise from the street, especially with the windows open. I enjoyed the convenience of checking in with codes for the room instead of dealing with keys.
