The room was clean and well-decorated, with big windows letting in lots of natural light. The breakfast offered an impressive buffet with a wide variety of choices, which included scrambled eggs, sausages, and different types of bread. The location is fantastic, just a short walk across the bridge to the Old Town and not far from popular attractions like Wawel Castle.

We loved the spacious quad room, which was perfect for our family with small kids. The convenient location near the tram stop made it easy to explore the city and visit Wawel Castle. The breakfast selection was a hit with everyone.

My wife says that the air conditioning could be improved.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Wawel Castle and other attractions. My room was nice and clean, with plenty of natural light coming through the large windows. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The breakfast had an impressive array of choices, including scrambled eggs and different breads, which I appreciated.

I couldn't get the A/C on, which affected my comfort during the night.

Rooms are basic, which is expected, but the main lights operate on a simple all-on or all-off switch, leaving little room for any ambiance. Pillows are small, and the bed feels hard, potentially making for an uncomfortable night. Additionally, the air conditioning system only provides heat, which can make the room quite warm, especially if you prefer cooler sleeping conditions. Street noise can intrude if windows are opened for airflow.

Also, having a fridge would have been great to keep drinks cool since it got quite warm. Overall, I appreciated the comfort of the bed and the quietness of the room at the back of the building, which helped balance out the noise from the street, especially with the windows open. I enjoyed the convenience of checking in with codes for the room instead of dealing with keys.
